I’m a pragmatist, who understands about dreams…
I grew up in Bremen (Northern Germany), and studied at the European Partnership of Business Schools gaining a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in European Business Administration at London’s Middlesex Business School , and a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) at Fachhochschule Reutlingen.
Having worked in London and Singapore’s financial sectors, I left Europe in 1991 to join an investment company in Wellington, New Zealand. Over the next nearly two decades, I worked in the infrastructure sectors in New Zealand, Australia and Europe with diverse roles and responsibilities, most recently as managing director of a regional airport in Germany.
I have worked as an independent consultant in the infrastructure sector since 2008. At the same time, I completed a two-year training as a systemic coach and business mediator at the Berliner Institut für Familientherapie, Systemische Therapie, Supervision, Beratung und Fortbildung e.V. In 2012 I gained the qualification ‘Systemic Coach (SG)’ recognised by the German professional coaching association Systemische Gesellschaft – Deutscher Verband für systemische Forschung, Therapie, Supervision und Beratung e. I have both German and New Zealand nationality, and divide my life between Berlin and Wellington.
